      Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse

·         St. Paul Wellness Centre

·         One year maternity leave with the Lakeland Primary Care Network (PCN) and involves the following responsibilities:

·         One FTE Registered/Licensed Practical Nurse to work in collaboration with primary care physicians to assist in the planning, provision and coordination of care for Lakeland PCN patients and their families

·         Hours of work: 8:30 – 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break

·         Days of work:  Monday – Friday

 

As an ideal candidate, you must hold current registration with the College & Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta or the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and possess a minimum of five years clinical experience. You must have an interest in chronic disease management, the ability to function within a multidisciplinary health team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to be adaptable in busy clinics.

Summer Student Program Coordinator

 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

·         Participate/lead program development initiatives and follow through on all outstanding tasks

·         Create & update program marketing material including brochures, web content, letter etc

·         Create program forms and other materials and service delivery tools as needed

·         Ensure that the operation of the program meets the expectations of the organization

·         Report findings to the Director and recommend changes to enhance the program as appropriate

 

Qualifications/Skills Required:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Flexible to work evenings and weekends if required

·         Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for local travel

·         Computer Skills Required

·         Post-secondary education in Human Service fields

·         Ability to work independently and a part of a team

·         Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position

·         Assist with other FCSS programs as required

Chief Administrative Officer
