Registered Nurse

         Part-time

         Approximately 0.6 FTE (or portions of) Registered Nurse to work in collaboration with a Primary Care Physician to assist in the planning, provision and coordination of care for Lakeland PCN patients and their families.

         Clinic hours are: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday

         This position is for approximately six month term to cover maternity leave

         Must hold current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) and possess a minimum of five years clinical experience.

Grader Operator

         Full-time Ė 40 hours per week

Reporting to the Public Works Foreman, the Grader Operator shall be responsible for the regular, daily grader operations. This also includes, but is not limited to: maintenance of roads, sidewalks, water & sewer infrastructure and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

 

Requirements Include:

         Experience with heavy equipment such as graders, backhoes and loaders

         Valid Class 3 Alberta Driverís License with Q endorsement

         Ability to work as part of the team, as well as independently

         Applicants must be able to accept on call phone/duties on a rotating basis

         It is important for the successful applicant to be in good health in order to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position

         The successful applicant must be willing to accept all other duties assigned by the Public Works Foreman

         Participation in the Health & Safety Program

         Criminal Record Check and Driverís Abstract to be provided upon hire

Chief Financial Officer

St. Paul Abilities Network (S.P.A.N.) is looking for a chief Financial Officer to join their finance team. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as part of the Associationís management team and is responsible for all the financial matters of SPAN and its affiliate organizations.

 

Responsibilities:

         Cash flow planning, manage investments and assets

         Contract management and reporting

         Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets

         Develop financial business plans and forecasts

         Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions; supervise SPANís finance team

         Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures

Qualifications:

         Have at least five years of broad finance experience; ideally in audit activities

         Experience gathering and evaluating financial information & making actionable recommendations to senior leadership

         Minimum a CPA or CMA preferably a CA designation
