Public Schools: There are two public schools: Two Hills Elementary (K-6) and Two Hills High School (7-12). These two long standing schools are currently in the process of being combined. The major reconstruction of the current High School is expected to take 1 year to complete. At which point Two Hills will have one combined school serving all students (K-12).

School District: Two Hills is part of the Greater St. Paul Regional School Division #1, head-quartered in St. Paul.
Daycare/Nursery: Two Hills has a Moms and Tots Pool Program and a Playschool Program.
Post-Secondary Institutions: A number of post-secondary institutions are located within 35-45 minutes of Two Hills, including Lakeland College in Vermilion. Athabasca University offers university-level correspondence courses.

Hospitals: Two Hills Health Care Centre provides chronic and acute care services. An accredited multi-level care complex, the Centre opened in 1986. With state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, it is a valuable health resource to Two Hills and surrounding area. The Health Care Centre has six acute-care beds, nine stroke-rehabilitation beds and 60 long-term care beds.
Medical Clinics: Two Hills has a medical clinic, located downtown, with four physicians on staff.
Nursing Homes: Sixty long-term care beds are offered in the Two Hills Health Care Centre. In addition, there is a 44-suite senior citizens’ lodge. Eventide Homes provides 28 self-contained units for the aged.
Health Unit: A sub-office of the Vegreville Health Unit is located in two Hills, in the Health Care Centre. It offers services such as public health nursing, community health nursing, and Alberta Aids to Daily Living.
Health Professionals: Two Hills’ health professionals consist of four doctors, one dentist and a chiropractor. There is also a massage therapist.

Fire Protection: The Two Hills Volunteer Fire Department has 17 members, and provides fire protection to the Town of Two Hills and surrounding area.
