Dispatch/Shift Supervisor (Full-time): Leeway Heavy Oil ( 1996) Ltd. Shifts: 7 on 7 off. Individual requirements and responsibilities for this position are as follows: Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; Be a team player and always maintain a positive helpful attitude; Must have the ability to motivate employees; Possess superior “people and customer relations” skills; Exposure to vacuum, pressure and flushby trucking operations, previous experience in dispatching or operating of these units would be an asset; Be able to manage employees and equipment with minimum supervision; Willingness to continually learn and develop new skills; Maintain an organized daily work scheduled.
